BummerI was pretty much looking forward to getting my Ipod Touch today, because I thought I had the weekends to play with it since my parents are overseas. BUT, when I recieved it this afternoon, there were a few tiny scratches at the top righthand side of the player.
I called up APPLE to complain about it, and have already mailed out the photos to indicate where the scratches were, and see if they were able to give me an exchange. However, I was told that I needed to wait for 2 days for them to collect the defective player, then another 5 days before they are able to deliver the new set to me. SIGH!!!
I am really considering accepting the flaw and just using my player, but I think I will regret this decision whenever I see the scratches, because they are really quite obvious and I don't like scratches on the shiny surface.
Oh well, what a bummer!
