Hong Kong 2008Back from my trip and it was wonderful shopping as always!
Heard a piece of sad news while on my way back, but I shall not talk about it anymore.
Still feeling pretty jetlagged after the trip, having travelled via sea, land and air within a day yesterday. It feels good to be back home, although I wouldn't have minded staying for a couple more days. I like Hong Kong a lot, really alot, because it feels almost like a second home to me. I can walk so freely in Hong Kong and navigate my ways around, that even natives asked me for directions in Hong Kong, haha. It's also funny how people assumed I am Taiwanese because I speak fluent Chinese, like perhaps they were hinting that Singaporeans are not suppose to speak good Chinese? Oh well, not that it really matters, but I shall take it as a compliment.
Anyway, back to work tomorrow for me! Got to bring kids for competition, following which I need to head back to office to clear some work I owed for a very long while. Back to the world of reality!
......though I kind of miss Hong Kong already.
