Making mistakesFirst day of school for Term 3.
Lesson learnt... when mistakes are made, one should think of how to resolve the mistake and not wallow in self pity. Decisions made, should always be one that you feel most comfortable with, regardless of what others say.
Indeed, I learnt something today.

Bah!I missed my hotcakes AGAIN today because I woke up 30 minutes later. :(
MUST try to wake up early tomorrow and have them. Or maybe I should
da bao them while on the way back to school tomorrow.

OMGOMG, it's only SIX more days to school reopening. >.<"
Must really fully utilise the remaining days of my holidays, haha.
Met up with a couple of friends today, and I won a free lunch and movie treat, haha. So happened that this friend of mine had a bet with me saying the late comer will have to treat movie today. Then this friend overslept, and we had another bet saying if anyone is late for the rescheduled meet up, the late comer shall have to treat lunch as well, hahaha. And that's how I won myself a free Fish and Co treat plus a free movie, hahaha!
Initially wanted to watch Spider Lilies, but I ended up getting the timings wrong, and we missed the movie, only to watch Shrek 3 instead. I had a good laugh watching Shrek 3, it was pretty funny seeing all the familiar fairytale princesses bitching instead of their all time demure and ladylike behaviour.
After the movie, it was yet another round of good food session at Sushi Tei before we proceeded to Caneles in The Paragon for after meal tea. I really like the ambience in Caneles, and the cakes looked so tempting and yummy. Sad though that their macarons were sold out already, I was so looking forward to eating them! Anyhow, had a really great time chatting with my friends and sharing the latest gossips. One of my friend's getting married, and I am really excited for her! Can't wait for her big day to come, I bet she's going to be a super pretty bride.
Well, after a long day out in town, it was finally time to head back home. So coincidentally, just after I boarded the cab, the radio played an Andy Lau song... one of my favourite songs, 如果天有情. It's a pretty sad song though, and reminded me of some stuff. Oh well... guess old people do get nostalgic easily.
Last but not least, mental note to myself: Wake up EARLY tomorrow, so that I can order Macdonalds Hotcakes for breakfast!

One more weekOMG, I can't believe it's only ONE MORE WEEK before school reopens. I haven't had enough of the holidays yet, and I can't seem to recall having done anything for the holidays yet. :(
Anyway, got to work tomorrow. The CO boys are having CIP at Bugis, so I shall pop by now and then to make sure things are running smoothly.
Sigh, the countdown begins... 1 more week only.

Holidays so far...Have been average, or just normal. Doesn't feels much like a holiday, except that I get to wake up a little later and have more time for myself during days which I need not go back to school. Then again, the holidays will be over in another week or more...
Been playing some games recently, though I don't play them because I like, but just because I wanted to do some no-brainer activities. Need to clear the mind of unnecessary thoughts and de-stress. It's amazing how the brain is so small, yet it retains so many things in it, that sometimes you just hope it missed out some part of the memories.
Feeling kind of whimsical... it seems like people around me have changed in a way or so. Maybe I have changed too, I don't know... but I just seem to see the changes in others more clearly. A good friend of mine seems so distant just now when we met up. People whom I used to be closed to are now like worlds apart from me. I haven't seen my ex-classmates for a long while, I haven't been seeing so many people... It's like I am detached from the outside world, lost in a world of my own.
I feel lost. :(

Infected computerMy computer's sick.
It's been infected by some bug/virus and now I cannot access my Gmail, hotmail, Sharepoint account or MSN messenger.
Am using my brother's computer to type out this entry... while thinking of how I should cure my computer.
Sigh, why must my computer fall sick at such times?

New found hobby!Having a little more time to myself during the not-so-free June holidays, I found myself a new hobby... that is, making jellies!
Been making these cute little Konnyaku jellies, and these jellies are pretty addictive too. Made the first batch for a friend's housewarming, and then I got addicted to making them.

Made lychee + longan jellies today for the non alcoholic parents, then spammed my Absolut Vodka and made Vodka lychee jellies for besties and myself! Sampled one just now and I quite like the taste, sinfully yummyh, aha!
I think I shall make some mango jellies soon, then perhaps aloe vera jellies, grape jellies, and many many more...
Seriously, I'm in a jellies making frenzy.

I miss youCan't believe it... but for once, I really miss my brother SO MUCH!
Sigh, the house seems so quiet nowadays, no one to stay up late and have supper with me, no one to crap with me, no one to let me chat to.
Can't wait for my brother to be back soon!

The trip - Part 1Am sipping Grapefruit Lemon drink that I bought from Hong Kong as I am typing this entry. In fact, it's the third attempt in trying to blog about the trip, simply because I feel too lazy to go through the entire process of jotting down the entire entry. Nonetheless, I shall just do it in parts, and this being Part 1, shall start with Day 1 of my trip.

Finally reached Macau in the afternoon after an hour or so. And these sights greeted me upon my arrival.

First stop in Macau was Macau Fisherman's Wharf. Basically it isn't fully developed yet, and many shops weren't open yet. However, I really loved that place! Lovely pictures to tell you why...
Doesn't this look just like the real Colosseum in Italy? How could I not fall in love with the place? Even the scorching sun could not deter me from wanting to just capture every image in sight. Everything about the Roman empire architecture simply spells MAGNIFICENT.
After venturing out of the Roman empire, it was more European style architecture in the other parts of Fisherman's Wharf. If only I could stroll around and snap pictures all day long, stopping by cafes to sip pipping hot coffee, or enjoy a gelato, scribble in my books... I could really stay there forever...!
Basically, this was only at Fisherman's Wharf, and there are still so many unposted pictures. Anyway, I guess I am too tired to complete the entire Day 1 entry, so I shall just end off with a picture... Guess where it is!
Haha, did you guess correctly? Yup! It's the TOILET!

Home's where the heart isFinally back in Singapore after 5 days in Hong Kong/ Macau. The trip was pretty good, but definitely, home's still the best. Home's where my heart is!
