Minor changesDid away with the tagboard for now, before deciding if I want to either:
(a)stop blogging completely
(b)change a blog address
(c)lock the blog and make it private
(d)stay here
Anyway, after some thinking, I feel that for now, it is more likely I will be sticking to this blog. I did no wrong, hence I see no point in why I should be the one shifting blogs and running away. There are idiots and morons everywhere, else how would we be able to differentiate the ones with brains from them? Thus I have decided for now, I shall just stick here and continue posting as and when I like. BUT, I have decided to do away with the tagboard, because I don't want my friends to get involved with ridiculous verbal wars with imbeciles.
Okay, with that, I shall move on.
Yesterday night was pretty fun. Met up with a friend in town for movies and drinks. Caught The Reaping, which was pretty good I would say. I seem to be very interested in such movies recently... keep watching movies of such themes, haha. Anyway, after that we hung around town and went for drinks at The Balcony. Me likes Lychee Martinis a lot. ^^ Then we ventured around town in search of quirky places, but too bad they were all closed for the day. In the end, we decided upon another movie, Sunshine, which was not bad, but seemed pretty low budget. I preferred The Day After Tomorrow, not forgetting there's Jake Gyllenhaal in it! And I would definitely prefer to freeze than to get scorched, though of course if I can choose neither, that would be best.
Then, talking about quality service, I thought the cab driver was really nice. I paid up and was getting out from the cab when the driver asked if I would like him to wait first and see me get into the lift safely before he drive off. I was quite touched by his quality service, because it is not everyday you get strangers who are concerned for your safety. But, despite it being like almost 5am in the morning, I felt pretty safe in my area, so I declined him politely, thanked him, then hurriedly scooted off. But I think sometimes going the extra mile is what put certain people one notch above the others. If only there were more of such quality service in Singapore!
Sigh, Sunday is ending and Monday is coming again. I wish it was Sunday everyday.
