The land of the rising sunIn another 20 days time, I will be off to the land of the rising sun, enjoying authentic
bentos,
sushis and
ramen. And I guess it's the only reason why I have been kind of busy recently. Double confirming itineraries, participants, things to do, things to brief students on, things to clear and whatever
blah blah. I never knew that planning for a trip was this troublesome. All along, trips were simply, book tickets, book hotel, then fly to the destination and that's it. But I am quite enjoying all these, because I get to go shopping there! Hahaha.
Have already made plans for a massive shopping spree there, hahaha, can't wait!
Meanwhile, life's been boring but pretty good recently. Boring because there ain't much aims nowadays, but good because it's just good. Haha......
The weather's getting kind of chilly I think, been having serious bouts of sinus every morning I wake up, talk about saving paper.
And I only realised Border's was having book promotions today, whereby you get three books and enjoy 30% off. But the best thing is, the promotions end today. Sigh!!! Just when I have new books on my to-buy list again. Think I shall grab a copy of Mitch Albom's Tuesdays with Morrie. Been ages since I read the book, and I think my interest in it has been rekindled after a brief conversation over it yesterday. Oh, and I want to get For One More Day as well. It's his new book, and I sure hope it's as good as the previous two bestsellers.
Before all these though, I better start brushing up on my Japanese. Getting pretty rusty, and I think the only phrase I remember most clearly now is...
